Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Cherine Fakhry, your satisfaction is our priority.

Lebanon Orders
• Unworn items with original tags attached may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
• Exchange requests can be made via Instagram DM, email at info@cherinefakhry.com, WhatsApp, or in-store.
• All exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Delivery charges apply.
• No exchanges are accepted during busy periods, such as Black Friday.

International Orders
• Items must be shipped back to Lebanon at the customer’s expense.
• This includes return shipping costs and any applicable Lebanese customs fees.
• When the replacement item is shipped back to your country, local customs duties and taxes may apply again upon delivery.
• All customs charges are determined by authorities and are beyond our control.
